Smarter Recruitment have been exceeding client expectations for over 10 years and due to the recent growth within our driving division we are looking for an energetic person to support our current staff.
The right candidate will need to hit the ground running on an established 'hot' desk which is currently in operation.
You will be experienced in competently interview candidates, carry out the relevant checks before placing them out to work, account manage clients, create and follow up sales leads.
You will be contracted to work 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday however we have a relatively flexible approach to this.
For this role you will be smartly presented, have a good telephone manner, and have a desire to progress within your role.
A full driving licence with your own transport is desrired however not essential.
You must also be flexible and at times be willing to work from home using the on call phone to satisfy your clients' needs.
Computer skills along with numeracy and literacy are essential within this role.
