Production Manager

We are a leading SIP specialist company undertaking design, manufacture and site installation of Structural Insulated Panels for a wide range of sectors in the Construction Industry. We operate a CNC processing plant and include open web floor joists and timber frame panels assembly as part of our service. We have a vacancy for a Production Manager reporting to the Managing Director responsible for the interface between the Office, the Factory and the Site operatives installing our SIP panels.

Experience in running a £6m t/o factory is essential. Good communication skills and a knowledge of timber would be preferred. Working with an assistant the successful applicant would be responsible for the control of stock and transport along with ensuring the company complies with current CDM regulations.
 
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Hours of work Mon- Fri 8.00 to 4.30 with periodic Saturday mornings if and when required.
