The Position:

Finch Club Recruitment Ltd are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to assist in the launch of our Woking office. The primary focus of a Recruitment Consultant is sales, to form new partnerships with prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face. With previous recruitment consultant experience, you will be given a resourcing team to focus on assisting you with the delivery of good CVs and a well rounded account management service to your clients.

The Benefits:

• Recruitment Consultants who join the company will be rewarded with a basic salary of £20,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience.
• A jaw-dropping commission scheme (20% minimum - 47% maximum) with realistic first year OTE of around £75,000. On our commission model, average recruiters would earn at least £50,000, but we aren't interested in average...

Personal attributes:

You will need to be well presented, self-motivated, organized and an excellent team player with a hunger for success. For this role we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants with 2+ years recruitment experience in various sectors. Sales, Medical, Construction, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Engineering.
