We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR Shared Services to join our team based in Gloucester.

Within the role, you will develop, lead and manage HR transactional services for the Group, ensuring the delivery of an accurate, efficient and effective service. You will provide a responsive customer friendly and professional approach through an enabled service method and first line transitional contact. The successful Head of HR Shared Services will be responsible for developing, owning and delivering first class value added HR administration systems and processes to the business. Developing the self-service approach, you will be responsible for driving the successful usage of Workday (which is to be implemented in July 2017), making certain all administration is carried out in the correct places and automated as appropriate. The successful candidate will provide relevant and accurate reporting throughout the business enabling business decision making at all levels.

With extensive HR Administration and Projects experience within a similar multi-site organisation, you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent.  The successful Head of HR Shared Services will have effective change management experience alongside previous knowledge of managing HRIS.  As an effective communicator with excellent leadership skills you will also have the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level, be technically and commercially savvy and have the experience setting, maintaining and monitoring high standards. Naturally you’ll have a professional approach to recognising and exceed customer expectations.
