Law Graduates /Claims Handlers

Our client is a growing, niche law firm specialising in corporate liability claims. Employing both legal and insurance professionals, they aim to provide the highest level of service in the market place. The successful candidate will be working within a team whilst being responsible for every aspect of their own caseload. ***Please note no previous experience is required***

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial enquiries
- Assessing liability and quantum
- Negotiating with third parties/insurers/solicitors
- Liaising with clients and concluding cases pre and post-litigation
