My client is a highly established and well respected global organisation who is in a period of significant change with a large scale business transformation in progress to ensure they remain competitive in their field. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team to assist their European team.

Your new role

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing timely, first call resolution to technical support issues while following company standards by telephone, email and web portals. You will also provide accurate and updated information on incidents assigned to the Service Desk until the reported incidents are resolved or escalate incidents to Level 2 Service Desk Analysts or Resolver groups

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be able to speak fluently in Italian and/or French. You must also have a high level of customer service experience with the ability to be resilient when problem solving. It is also essential that you have the ability to explain a complicated situation in simple terms.

It is highly desirable if you can speak German and you have been in a previous Service Desk Analyst role in a Microsoft environment.

What you'll get in return

In return you will get a generous salary of GBP18,000 - GBP21,000 dependent upon experience with genuine opportunity to progress into different support areas within the company.
