They have created a new role which will focus on international recruitment, global mobility and immigration.Your new roleYou will develop and implement policies and processes related to international talent acquisition and retention and in doing so will be a subject expert on all issues with eligibility to work and immigration. In addition to reviewing recruitment campaigns, to address branding, tone of voice, remuneration package, target audience and provision of management informationWhat you'll need to succeedYour previous experience within a role where you have been responsible for recruiting and retaining international talent will lead to your success. You'll be confident in utilising various social media channels to identify and attract talent globally. You will need to demonstrate working within a global workforce which includes policy development and immigration laws.
