Fee earning Residential Conveyancer job in Bristol Your new firmThis leading Legal 500 firm are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Portishead, Bristol. This is a well-established firm that has strong roots in the South West, and employees who are recognised as Leading Individuals in their field. Your new roleWorking within the Residential Property team in this firm's office in Portishead, you will be running varied conveyancing caseloads from the outset to completion, drafting legal documents, contributing to business development and also delegating to junior members of the team. You will be corresponding with external clients and third parties, whilst working to financial targets and deadlines. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with 4+ years PQE. You will have a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing matters, and prior experience in managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload. You will possess excellent communication skills in order to build relationships and will be flexible and able to prioritise your work efficiently.
