We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic candidate to work in the front office / reception area of our headquarters site in Bridgwater. Main duties include providing excellent customer service and providing management assistance relating to the day to day operation of our Bridgwater branch. A large part of this job is building and maintaining ongoing relationships with the customers when they visit the facility. The successful applicant will need to have the ability to listen and empathise with customers' individual situations, as well as have an excellent phone manner. Duties: Processing customer paperwork during move-in and move-outDealing with customer enquiriesSelling products to customers in storeGeneral housekeeping of reception and storage area (conducting walk-around checks of all three floors of the building at the beginning and end of the day, sweeping recently vacated rooms, etc) Required Skills: Excellent communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsAttention to detailGCSE Maths and EnglishPC Literacy Our opening times are: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm Saturday The work rota is as follows (work times are the same as opening times): Week 1 - Monday to Friday Week 2 - Monday to Saturday with a day off mid-week Please include whether you are currently employed and the length of your notice period.
