Now onto their second office they require an additional two Consultants in line with their growth plans. The business has a number of specialist desks within the Built Environment, and currently has two warm markets with existing clients and candidates to pass onto ambitious recruiters interested in this sector. ROLE The role is focused predominantly on Contract Construction (Freelance) vacancies across the South West / South Wales territory, and working with key clients who my client has enjoyed an strong historical relationship with. You will be performing a full 360 recruitment role so the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients is imperative. The majority of the vacancies are mid to senior white collar roles so experience of dealing with people at this level is highly advantageous. You will be client facing as this is a large part of the role. PERSON This is a great opportunity for someone probably in their first recruitment role and now looking to find a market where they can build a longer term career. All contract/temp recruitment backgrounds will be considered, a minimum of 9 months experience in the same business is needed and in return you will receive excellent training and development, access to a hot freelance desk and receptive client and candidate base and the chance to join a growing company with a great working environment. You should possess a good sense of humour and strong work ethic, and be able to show success in your role/s to date. This will suit someone who understands the basics of recruitment and is maybe looking to use these skills in a more lucrative and enjoyable culture. PACKAGE Salary will be between ??25-40k on experience, with a realistic year one OTE of ??60-80k but is uncapped. Salary will be reviewed and opportunity to develop to Associate Partner is achievable in under 12 months on performance.
