Key Account Manager - Global Drinks company ??32,000-??40,000 (DOE) + 15% Bonus South West (Bristol, Somerset, Cornwall) Interviewing now!!! The Company My client is a leading global drinks company with a portfolio of over 200 brands and one of the world's top five consumer products companies They are looking for a Key Account Manager to cover the South West You You are a people person, very confident and outgoing with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have worked in a similar position within the drinks industry and have a track record of commercial delivery. You are highly organised and fantastic at developing and retaining a successful territory. You will have a full UK driving license and be IT literate, especially excel and PowerPoint Showing resilience, a positive mindset and determination you are highly-driven and eager to prove yourself, with strong communication and influencing skills. Ultimately you are completely passionate about the drinks industry, especially beer. This is not a brand ambassador position, you must meet KPI's and targets and really be tenacious and driven. There is rapid progression for the right person. The Role The Key Account Manager will proactively build and manage a long-term strategy including all aspects of the customer contact strategy to build strong lasting partnerships with key customers. You will become an expert of the customer's business in order to identify growth opportunities It is essential that you can build strong relationships both internally and externally in order to get the job done. Communication, flexibility and adaptability are essential in the complex world of the UK On Trade. As a key position within On Trade sales you will have a strong leadership focus, including people management and opportunities to be proactively involved in key projects. The On Trade never stops and you will need to be prepared to travel nationally and spend time during evenings to fully understand the customers' needs and requirements.
