The Job

As HR Business Partner, you will focus on delivery of a strong and proactive HR service, working closely with line management to engage all employees in a collaborative business culture. You will take responsibility for al aspects of the HR portfolio (recruitment / L&D / employee relations / performance management / review / reward / talent management / succession planning etc.) and work with unions to build strong cooperative relationships.

The Client

Our client is a Kent based UK manufacturing / production / distribution business serving a blue chip client base.

The Candidate

As HR Business Partner, you will be an experienced generalist HR professional ( CIPD qualified ) with experience in an operations / distribution / manufacturing culture. You will have sound project management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with leadership teams. This is an expanding, changing and future-thinking business and future opportunities are excellent.
