Home Care Assistant - Domiciliary Care
Finesse Healthcare Solutions currently have great opportunities for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join their Somerset Care Team on full or part time basis.
Role involves-Delivering care in people's own homes, inline with the service user's care plans, respecting their wishes & privacy, while forming strong relationships. You will assist them with their personal care, recreational activities whilst promoting and maintaining independent living and choice for the service users.
You will be a confident communicator with a professional neat appearance & with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to work on your own initiative and resolve issues with minimum supervision.
A background in care is desirable but not essential as training is provided.
