LOCATION: Moulton (Near Spalding)
JOB TITLE: Production Operatives
SALARY & BENEFITS: Dependent on Experience
WORKING HOURS: Full Time (varied shifts available)
THE COMPANY: Based in Moulton, just outside of Spalding our client are an onion packing operation that supplies onions, garlic and shallots to major high street multiples. They are now looking for a Production Operatives to join their dedicated team.
THE ROLE: There are currently 3 different Production Operatives roles available, each with a different shift pattern and within a different part of the business.
HI CARE OPERATIVE - The role of the Hi Care Operative consists of slicing/dicing onions, running
a vertical form fill and potting machine, chemical cleaning and the
completion of paperwork. Hours of work: 4 Days on 4 days off 06.45-18.30
GENERAL OPERATIVE - The role of General Operative consists of peeling/working on automatic
peeling machines, preparing garlic, packing customer orders plus general
duties. Hours of work: 4 days on 4 days off 07.00 to 18.30
NIGHT MACHINE OPERATIVE - The role of Night Machine Operative consists of using a new Dofra peeling machine and working in hi care. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 18.45 to 04.00
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidates for the Production Operative roles will have the ability to work well within a team and communicate with team members. Experience is not essential but could be beneficial.
Due to the location of the site you will need your own transport to get to and from work.
Key experience essential for the Production Operative role:
• Live within a commutable distance of Moulton, Spalding
• Have your own transport to get to and from work
• Previous experience advantageous but not essential
