Customer Service Advisor - £20k Basic
Aquam Water Services work on behalf of Thames Water providing hired standpipes for temporary water supplies from our location in Uxbridge.
We are now looking to recruit a member of staff to receive calls and enquiries as well as process applications, make marketing calls, liaise with customers to obtain meter readings and service feedback and assist with all other clerical activities. A polite and friendly telephone manner is essential together with excellent administrative skills & computer literacy.
