Restaurant General Manager – Central London – up to 32k + 10k Bonus

Located in Victoria, Central London, I am seeking a Restaurant General Manager to take over the running of this popular, buzzing, branded restaurant.

Part of one of the largest hospitality groups in the UK, this section of the group operations multiple brands. They are committed to great customer service, operating with passion and flare.

The candidate:

You will ideally have a background in branded restaurants in a Restaurant General Managers position. You will be enthusiastic, committed and energetic, leading your team with passion and drive. You will be a ‘hands on’ manager with bags of personality who leads from the front in all aspects of service, standards and work ethic. An operationally focused Restaurant General Manager, you know how to run a successful and profitable business and have full accountability for your own restaurant.

The opportunity:

You will be earning a competitive annual salary of up to £32,000, as well as the chance to earn up to £10,000 in bonus per annum.
