Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant
We are looking for an experienced person with previous knowledge of a computerised purchase ledger on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
The job entails data input of purchase invoices, credit notes etc. Reconciliation of supplier statements, payment of invoices and the liaison between suppliers and buyers to resolve queries. You will need to have good communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; the role also includes general office duties.
