Field Service Manager / Regional Service Manager (Copy & Print / MFD's / Photocopiers) - South West / South Wales
Role
We are currently looking for an experienced field service manager to provide management & motivation of a team of 8. The strategy will be to ensure continual growth, increased market share & customer satisfaction.
This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity as you will need to be motivated by the challenge of creating a new department within an established business.
The role will be based in the South Wales area & will cover South Wales and South West.
Responsibilities
* Recruitment / headcount
* Motivate & develop team
* Ensure training criteria is met
* Manager customer satisfaction
* Identify new opportunities, working in collaboration with the Sales division
* Ensure compliance is in line with company policy
* Achieve KPI's e.g. response times, first time fix etc
* Optimize use of spares
* Reporting to the board on a regular basis
Job Criteria:
* All candidates MUST have previous experience as a Service Manager managing a team & it is essential that this is within the Photocopier / MFD Copy & Print industry
* Have management, coaching and motivation skills
* Highly customer orientated
* Great problem solving skills
* Able to lead by example
* Personable, approachable and driven by success
Salary: ??25,000 - ??30,000 including bonus
+ Benefits: Fully expensed company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile phone
