You will be working with your own dedicated consultant specialising in primary education for the Weston Super Mare and wider North Somerset area, ensuring a local knowledge and personal relationships with the schools closest to you.Your new roleIn your new primary supply teaching job you will be working with a number of primary schools in the North Somerset area to cover for the class teacher during training courses, PPA time or illness. You will be able to specialise in your preferred Key Stage, and will be offered a mixture of pre-booked and last minute cover depending on what fits your schedule.What you'll need to succeedTo be a success in this primary supply teaching job for the North Somerset area you must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have experience teaching in the UK within the last four years. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a flexible approach will help you to hit the ground running in different schools.
