Sales Negotiator

My client is a highly reputable, regional business providing exceptional services within the property market. We are seeking a full time Sales Negotiator to work on a full time basis, Monday - Friday, 8.45 - 17.30 with inclusion on a Saturday rota. This is a permanent role, based in Wellington. The role attracts a competitive salary which is dependent on experience. The main duties include; Carrying out new buyer registrations and referralsArranging and attending viewingsSales negotiationEffective liaison with vendors and buyersAll other associated duties The successful candidate must have; Previous sales skills (essential)Previous estate agency / new homes sales skillsAn outgoing and confident personalityExcellent customer service skillsHighly organised and efficient approachProfessionalismExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to use own initiativeExcellent MS Office skillsFull, clean driving licence This is a fantastic opportunity to join a secure and expanding company.
