Support Worker (Tier 1)
To deliver high quality and supportive care to vulnerable people including older people to enable them to remain living in the Community.
Ensuring safe and appropriate support including personal care, administration of medication and moving and handling to clients and any other practical support deemed reasonable.
To provide general support to the client as part of flexible team including informal carers and liaising with other services as necessary.
Working at premises and carers homes located throughout the Borough of Stockport.
Working flexible hours by mutual agreement, at a salary of £8.20 per hour (out of hours rates paid.). Holiday pay will be based on hours worked.
