Your new companyThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of a large international manufacturing organisation, yet partner with a site of 260 employees in which you can directly influence employee engagement & employee relations. Your new roleIn this role you will drive the people agenda across the business and apply a flexible HR generalist approach in a fast paced innovative and changing business. You will support a specific area of the business and the HR Director in relation to talent management/succession Planning, upskilling future leaders, identifying cost saving methods and ensuring the company values are recognised and and embodied throughout the business. In order to succeedYou have had significant experience as a true business partner ideally in a manufacturing SME. You are on a career trajectory and be now ready to step up into a senior HRBP role in a career plan to progress to HRD in 3-5 years.You are degree educated and CIPD qualified and accredited, or have the equivalent level of experience. You have worked in a regulated engineering or technical manufacturing environment - aerospace experience is an advantage.
