Assistant Quantity Surveyor Bath ??25,000 Per annum Highfield Professional Solutions are currently supporting a leading Water Contractor with the recruitment of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, based from Bath the successful candidate will be involved in a range of projects across the Wessex Water and South West Water Frameworks. The ideal candidate will be competent to MS Excel to an advanced level, confident when dealing with customers and suppliers and be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. You will ideally be qualified to a degree or similar in Quantity Surveying or a similar field. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for - Compilation and completion of budget reviews and analysis with the project teamsPreparation of project cash flow forecastsCompilation of financial reports and forecasts to feed back to managementAssist the commercial team in providing support to the project teams to ensure contractual compliance of projectsEstimating of project variation worksPreparation of interim valuations/payment applicationsFinal account preparation For more information or to apply for this position then please call Tom Mlinar on or send a copy of your cv
