An award winning pub with rooms located in Gloucestershire is recruiting for the role of Head Chef Role: Situated in a busy town location this pub with rooms offers its customers all day dining in the 70 cover restaurant area which has been awarded two AA Rosettes for the high standards of cooking. The pub is currently seeking a Head Chef who can take control of the kitchen and ensure the team of eight working within it are capable of coping with the pressure of cooking to high standards in a busy kitchen environment. The role needs a Head Chef who has excellent kitchen management skills which will allow them to achieve additional bonuses based on GP%, staff costs, hygiene rating and food sales with a potential of earing an extra ??10Ka year if all targets are reached. Requirements: All Head Chefs applying for this role must have achieved or maintained two AA Rosettes in their most recent position as well as being used to cooking for large numbers of covers on a daily basis. The position needs a strong team leader who is looking to remain 'hands on' in the kitchen but has also developed an excellent kitchen management knowledge.
