My client is looking for Chef de Parties, Demi CDP and Commis Chef to join their vibrant brigade. The menus on offer here only use the freshest of locally sourced ingredients as well as using the best that the continent has to offer! As well as the rosette restaurant, they offer the classic afternoon teas and exclusive private dining. This is an amazing opportunity and a place that will really stand out on your CV but to be considered for this role you will need to have experience in a similar style operation to at the very least a rosette standard, or 2 rosette if you are applying for one of the CDP positions. You will also need to have a flexible approach to your hours with a passionate approach to your job. My client is looking for chefs who will take pride in everything they create in the kitchen.
