Your tasks and responsibilities The warehouse administrator is accountable for the effective processing of Inbound booking requests, Outbound orders and internal/external reporting. Allocating orders for each work area based on standard schedule or current demandAllocating Inbound Delivery Bookings within the WMSDeveloping and maintaining process documentationCompletion of all User Acceptance Testing for the implementation and on-going development of the Ciel-FW WMSMonitoring activity and volumes between internal and external systemsEnsure issue logging process is adhered to through to issue resolutionDevelopment and ongoing ownership of operational spreadsheets / reports as required to ensure the integrity of KPI dataProvide support and information for regular customer and supplier reviewsSupport the flow of information and feedback for all business and customer updates and initiativesUndertake training as identified in departmental training plan .Provide technical support, advice and coaching to operatives as required.Undertake special projects, provide statistics and reports as required.Undertake any other duties that may be assignedComplete the daily MHE safety checks and ensure that MHE is being used in accordance with training and Health & Safety legislation.To comply with all Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety regulations Your skills and experience Excellent Communication skills - verbal and non verbalPlanning and OrganisationConfidence / PresenceGiving and receiving feedback, including bad newsCustomer OrientationProblem SolvingDecision makingAbility to think 'outside of the box' Good Reasons to join..
