They're looking for an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that the business continues delivering as reliably as ever to their customers whilst all teams maintain their performance and quality levels.
The Role
As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager your role will be split between Inventory Control (extensive analysis and research in order to ensure inventory optimisation) and Quality Assurance (audit team efficiency - how closely is everybody adhering to agreed optimal processes). In addition you'll be involved with Health and Safety standards along with taking ownership of process compliance. You'll also be responsible for developing and executing action plans for increasing quality, inventory accuracy and service satisfaction.
You
To succeed in this role of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Manager you'll need to be of graduate calibre and have experience of at least 1 of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ideally both). Any experience of Warehouse Management Systems and distribution / logistics will certainly hold you in good stead. Strong Excel skills are essential as the role is extremely data driven (MS Access knowledge would be a bonus).
