Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive - Sittingbourne, Kent
A successful and growing FMCG / Retail business based near to Sittingbourne in Kent is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their busy team.
Working alongside the Marketing Manager and Senior Executive, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in implementing and delivering a range of marketing initiatives across a number of retail brands.
Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Managing marketing material and product information
- Creating social media content across channels
- Implementing direct marketing campaigns
- Attending trade and consumer events
- Market research on brands and industry
- Monitoring of marketing campaign effectiveness and success
- Managing CRM database
This Marketing Assistant role is paying a starting salary of up to GBP20,000 along with benefits including 23 days annual leave, discretionary bonus and company pension scheme. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 5.30.
To be considered suitable for the role you will have proven marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or retail sectors along with knowledge of key software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Any experience of social media marketing will also been seen as advantageous.
