A Hardware Design Engineer is required to join the Product Design Team of a wholly-owned subsidiary of a world leading supplier of high quality, state-of-the-art military audio and data products.
The Hardware Design Engineer is a mixture of Systems Engineer, Embedded Electronics Designer and Electro-Mechanical engineer.
You'll be responsible for:
*Constructing the Datapack to enable outsource electronics design consultancy's to design electronic circuits that meet the demands of our products.
*Concepting and designing (alongside the mechanical engineers) the electro-mechanical elements of all new products.
*Planning future electronics systems to enable features/capability's specified by product management. Producing Demonstration boards for testing.
*Understanding and planning size constrains for concept product's PCB A's.
You'll???..
*Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
*Be an expert in the systems design of embedded electronic circuits.
*Be an expert in Mixed signal environments.
*Be experienced in RF screening.
*Have experience of schematic capture and PCB layout packages desirable
