Assistant Car Sales Manager
GBP20,000 per annum, GBP40,000 OTE Car
Milton Keynes - Buckinghamshire
Responsibilities & Expectations:
•Enquiry Management
•FCA Compliance
•Debtors
•Finance Settlements
•2nd Face Customers
•Stack Deals and prepare 4 square for presentation
•Value Part Exchanges within agreed guidelines with GSM
•Showroom Log updated and followed up daily
•Customer follow up and next action on DMS
•Manufacturer Leads / Internet Leads in conjunction with GSM
•Manage Finance Renewal database
•Reconcile reception logs to showroom log
•Provide coaching and training to Sales Executives
•Clear line of communication to GSM regarding ALL relevant matters that affect the Sales Department
•Manage Sales process in conjunction with GSM
•Ensure finance logs are kept up-to-date and sent to relevant parties at the end of each month
•Ensure all deals are given to GSM to ensure DOC is correct and new car has been ordered
•When GSM is on a day off, ensure deal file is left on his desk for entering on DOC and checking
•Ensure Funding on Line is used 100% of the time where possible when getting a deal paid
•Ensure Used Car Display always looks professional and priced in conjunction with GSM
Limits of Authority:
•No vehicle purchases or prices to be given to people wishing to sell their car prior to consultation with GSM
•No discounts on Used Cars without authority from GSM prior to deal being agreed
•Maximum discount on New Car set at __% unless authority from GSM prior to deal being agreed
•Fixed margin cars - No more than __% of the margin should be discounted without authority from GSM
