Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a leading organisation looking for an Immediate start Recruitment Administrator/Assistant for a full time 3-month contract.
The successful candidate will work supporting a strong small inhouse recruitment team.
Role and Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the placement and monitoring of advertisements on the internal and external websites
*Coordinating short lists and interview coordination- including confirmation emails and booking of rooms
*Communicate with the hiring managers and the key recruiter to maintain SLAs and a smooth process.
*Have strong Excel skills to input diary events and invite attendees.
*Have excellent telephone manner
*Any other administrative tasks as appropriate.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*Must be immediately available
*Demonstrable experience within a Recruitment Agency or internal role in a fast paced company offering volume level support
*Have exceptional attention to detail and administrative/data inputting skills
*Excellent communication skills
*A proactive approach in terms of seeking knowledge and asking questions
