Site Manager
Our client, a large national award winning residential developer are recruiting for an experienced Housing Site Manager to work on a large unit site in Yeovil, Somerset.
As an experienced Site Manager you will take responsibility for production of all units, on site health and safety management and the management of sub-contractors. Reporting to you will be an Assistant Site Manager and a permanent fork lift.
Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in house building at a similar level, together with knowledge of traditional construction methods, processes and current health and safety legislation.
Strong organisational and communication skills are also required.
