Step One's vision is a society where our differences are an essential part of a healthy and vibrant community, and we work towards this by providing a range of specialist employment, mental health and supported living services for people to help fulfil their potential.

Our Employment Services teams provide personalised support to enable people to overcome challenges with finding and staying in employment. We deliver many of these services in partnership with other organisations under Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) schemes.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Employment Services Manager to lead on delivery of services and ensure an effective client-centred provision.

The successful candidate will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with other providers and act as key account manager for external contracts within the portfolio. You will therefore need experience in welfare to work delivery or similar within a target orientated organisation, and be able to lead and motivate delivery teams to high standards of performance.A knowledge of DWP and related funding mechanisms is essential.

We challenge people to be the best they can be and our staff are no different. In return for your commitment, Step One offers a friendly working environment, 25 days of Annual leave per annum plus Bank Holidays, life assurance and excellent training opportunities.

The Closing date for completed applications is 9am Friday 31st March 2017. Interviews are expected to be held 6/7 April.
