About the Company: Our client is a well-established firm, who are looking to recruit an Office Manager on a permanent basis working in their prestigious office based in Derby.

Key Responsibilities: You will report to the UK Operations Manager and be responsible for providing full and efficient administration of the UK Office as well as administrative, financial and inside sales support.

- You will ensure the payroll wires are deposited into the employee's bank account
- Pay expenses and taxes on time
- Ensure all expense claims are checked for accuracy, and receipts are valid and present.
- Make VAT adjustments when required and ensure expense claims along with original receipts are couriered to head office in order to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all office and workers are compliant with Health & Safety regulations
- Create policy and procedures for the Derby office
- Responsible for administration for all travel for Derby employees, including booking and ensuring that corporate travel policy is adhered too.
- Assist sales staff with quotes and other sales related duties
- Manage the office infrastructure including office phone, mobile phones, office supplies and other duties as required.

About you:

- Minimum of 2 years financial exposure
- Experience working in Office Management

- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- You will work well under pressure and meeting SLA's
- Must have a valid driver's licence.

What's in it for you? This is a full time position Monday - Friday with some flexibility as required. Salary will be GBP20 - GBP24,000 depending on experience.
