Technical Services Manager (Facilities Management)

A Technical Services Manager is sought to join a well-established national Facilities Management company based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

The organisation has been established for over 25 years and is part of a large international FM group.

The Technical Services Manager will be tasked with achieving excellent technical and operational delivery and client satisfaction on a TFM contract. The post will have full Hard Services responsibility for PPM, Reactive, fabric and all sub-contracted services.

Title: Technical Services Manager (Facilities Management)
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Salary: £50k - £55k per annum
Benefits: Pension, work mobile phone & laptop

The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Working to identify opportunities for service improvements
- Developing strong customer relationships
- Ensuring team motivation and efficiency
- Budgetary control and reporting

The ideal Technical Services Manager will possess the following:
- Experience in a similar Technical Services / Facilities Management role
- Experience of CAFM systems (Concept is desirable)
- An in-depth understanding of Facilities Management, with a background in Hard Services
- Experience of leading a team and improving efficiencies, processes and systems as part of service delivery

This is an extremely fast-paced role, so you will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
