Bid Manager
Due to promotions, recent wins and team expansion, we are looking for an additional Bid Manager to work within our well-regarded European Bid Management function. The role involves working with senior Sales, Operations and Finance leadership across EMEA on multi-million pound managed service and outsourced recruitment opportunities. You will be based in our Bracknell or Birmingham office with regular travel to London and occasional international travel.
As part of a global business, you will be responsible for managing the pursuit process from front to back; engaging subject matter experts across the business and writing compelling responses to help accelerate the growth curve of our MSP business in EMEA. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.

Your opportunity:
- Shaping opportunity win themes with sales and operations from pre-tender receipt through into presentation and negotiation stages;
- Project managing the bid process from receipt through to contract award to ensure internal and client deadlines are met consistently;
- Governing the bid process through all appropriate quality gates;
- Championing the needs of the customer during solution development sessions;
- Capturing a compelling technical solution by liaising with key stakeholders;
- Coordinating and collating contributor content and structuring into an intuitive, client-focused response;
- Writing compelling content that address client requirements;
- Producing compelling slides and graphics in line with company brand guidelines as part of RFx / presentation slide decks;
- Working with a range of systems, tools and subject matter experts to continuously enhance our work and improve the team's win rate.
About you:
Essential requirements:
- Native or high fluency levels of written English;
- Experience in bid management or a role with highly transferrable skills;
- Strong skills in business or creative writing;
- Strong self-motivation
- High levels of ability in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;
- Good attention to detail;
- Deadline driven;
- Structured working methods;
- Ability to network with a range of stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Recruitment industry knowledge / experience;
- Managed service / RPO / Services Procurement knowledge / experience;
- Creative Suite skills
- French, German or Dutch language skills.
