Responsibilities of the Apprentice - In this role you will be:
Liaising with clients on a day to day basis while retaining professionalism
Assisting case officers with insolvency cases and gaining a greater understanding of our business
Training will be given on bespoke IT systems
Responding to emails promptly and regularly
Keeping spreadsheet reports up to date and general data input to ensure records are correct
Formulating reports for various aspects of the business
Handling post/franking
Filing documents
Requirements of the Apprentice
You will ideally have:
Good communication skills
ICT skills/ will be IT literate
A strong understanding of confidentiality
Strong organisation skills
Confidence and ambition to progress
Willingness to learn
The ability to use your own initiative
A professional manner and will be well presented
The ability to meet strict deadlines, as well as being punctual
5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English
Training available for the Apprentice
Starts with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of 10 days of in-centre training in combination with work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling.
You will gain a City & Guilds Level 3 in Business & Administration. This fantastic opportunity can potentially lead to you earning GBP25k in a business role.

Working days/hours - Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm
