Customer Sales Constultant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Storage Consultant to join our Customer Support centre. You will communicate with customers via the telephone and in writing responding to a mix of customer service and sales leads. This position involves working to a shift pattern that reflects CSC opening hours across our 7 day working week. What you will be doing: Responding to customer service queries, including compliments and complaints, received into the CSC via a range of service delivery channelsHitting agreed performance targets set and contributing towards team goalsIdentifying and converting new and existing leads into salesCompleting sales and service follow up administrative tasks in accordance with standard procedures and timescales.Overcoming sales lead objections in accordance with standardised CSC processes, reserving and converting customers in accordance with monthly targetsProviding support to the CSC team as required by management.Conducting relevant research to assist with, answering the customers enquiry, preparing for handling a sales lead, overcoming sales objections and closing the sale, adding value to the customers experienceProviding customers with timely, professional and accurate product and service information in response to their enquiry. Ideal Candidate: You will have worked in a similar call centre environment, dealing with customer service, selling products, working towards sales targets both individually and as a team. Be passionate about working with customers whilst being a strong communicator who can build rapport on the telephone and in writing. You will have a proven track record in sales and an enthusiastic attitude whilst being a team player. You must be willing work on a shift rota, inclusive of weekends and bank holidays. Opening hours are from 8am - 8.30pm. Salary: For this position you can expect a basic salary of GBP16,000 per annum and OTE taking you up to GBP24,000 - GBP27,000 per annum. Why work for Safestore?
