Quality Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join a global market leader in the pharmaceutical industry. If you can demonstrate mechanical engineering experience, working in a medical, automotive and aerospace industry, then you may be the Quality Engineer that we've been searching for.What should you be doing?As Quality Engineer, your skills will be utilised when developing comprehensive and robust quality plans for products under manufacture, to ensure conformance to specification through manufacturing operations. You will be proactive in creating CMM programs for the Mitutoyo MCOSMOS software platform to assess complex product geometries, using CAD model and 2D drawing inputs. Further to this, you will conduct CMM programme verification and generally support the operating of the site CMM base in addition to providing general quality support to manufacturing operations, calibration and goods receiving.If you're a driven individual who's committed to achieving excellence and putting the customer first, then this may be the role that you've been looking for.Who should you be? * A professional with a minimum of 3 years' CMM operating and programming experience with Mitutoyo software who will show confidence working in complex geometric requirements and 3D inspection utilising model based techniques * An individual with 5 years' mechanical engineering experience with a focus on medical devices, automotive or aerospace * A skilled engineer who understands and can utilise 'first principle' measurement techniques and has spent time in a manufacturing environment Who will you be working for?As a Quality Engineer, you'll be working for one of the biggest pharmaceutical organisations on the planet.
