If working for Sovereign, our luxury short-haul travel brand, you'll be taking calls from customers selling dream holidays to not only our beautiful European places but our exciting new long-haul destinations too. Our Citalia brand is crazy about everything Italian and we're passionate about helping customers experience everything from good food, rich culture and deep history. You'll even get the opportunity to experience our holidays for yourself on at least one annual work trip and when you're in the office you can enjoy working in our great culture which is fun, rewarding and focused towards developing talent. We want you to use your ability to build a natural rapport with customers to meet and beat targets, converting leads into bookings and ensuring Travelopia is the go-to luxury tailormade travel agent. What You Will Be Doing Listening to our customers, providing expert advice and suggestions to help them book their dream getawayEnsuring that all forms of contact - such as phone, email, chat, social media - are handled quickly and with a friendly 'can-do' attitude, whilst achieving and exceeding sales performance targetsUsing your experience of our customers and their feedback to help the business make changes for the betterWorking hard to make sure you are constantly improving and enhancing the overall customer experienceEnsuring you understand our holidays, sharing your own stories and using your initiative to ooze expertise and encourage customers to book with Travelopia What We Are Looking For A confident communicator with proven persuasive and influencing skillsSomeone who thrives in a busy sales environment and is self-motivated to achieve performance targetsA passion for travelCustomer focused, driving to exceed customer expectations at all timesAn eye for detail - able to complete bookings to a high standardFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidaysA positive attitude and team playerA flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environmentComputer literacy - it is key to understanding the booking reservation system Working Within Travelopia Operating across the globe including Europe, Australia, North America and Canada, we're passionate about being the best and pride ourselves on the unique and diverse range of holiday experiences we offer our customers.
