Janitor Cleaner - Factory
Janitor and Cleaner needed to carry out factory shop floor and facilities cleaning and related tasks essential to keeping the business running smoothly.
Duties will include amongst other things:
- emptying bins;
- collecting recycling;
- re-filling hand towels, loo rolls and soaps;
- replacing other usable items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets;
- cleaning factory floors and
- associated duties as required.
Toilet cleaning is carried out by a contracting firm and although this task would not ordinarily fall under the responsibilities of this position, there may be a requirement to cover from time to time.
Covering multiple buildings on a working factory site with a large area to cover, this is a busy and varied role for someone who takes a pride in their work and has a keen interest in making sure that a factory facility is kept clean, tidy and well stocked to make sure colleagues are able to carry out their working day in a safe and effective manner.
Temporary placement for a period of two months to begin with.
Working hours: 07:45 am - 4:45 pm Monday to Thursday, 07:45 am - 12:30 (4.75 hours) Friday
