An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and flexible teacher to join our team teaching on our Level 2 Art & Design course.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a broad range of Art & Design skills to teach predominantly on our Level 2 Art & Design course this academic year.

The successful candidate will join a strong team within a large department where everyone is expected to maintain their current high levels of performance. Teaching experience and relevant qualifications are desirable as we need a candidate who can hit the ground running. You must have excellent classroom management and organisation skills, as well as a desired experience of how to support a variety of learning needs.

The days of teaching will be Thursday and Friday this academic year, the role would suit someone who is available to start teaching after the Easter break. Initially this role is for a fixed term period until 30 th June 2017 when this will be reviewed in preparation for planning for the new academic year.

You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching. You should also be committed to providing prompt, detailed assessment of student work with experience of personal tutoring including target setting, as well as working within a team.
