Starting salary is GBP19112 rising to GBP20386 after probation Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join their leading National Utility Infrastructure company which employs around 1000 people nationwide. The busy, friendly contact centre is based in modern offices in central Cardiff. Our client has staff from various backgrounds working for them, so previous experience in the utilities industry or any of the brands they represent is not required. Our client is not an outsourcing company and four of the five brands they represent are owned and loved by the company itself. Working Hours? Shifts between the hours of 8:00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday and some Saturdays 9am to 1pm. At the moment our client does not open on Sundays or bank holidays. The aim of the Customer Service Executive role is to deliver excellent customer service to all current and potential future customers within a broad product range to include:- A broadband and telephone service providerA fibre infrastructure installation and maintenance companyA water and sewerage companyA heat and hot water supply companySky Main duties include: To answer inbound calls and respond to e mails / contact forms to ensure the contact centre achieves set objectivesTo make outbound calls to customersContribute to the achievement of the department Sky sales targetTo manage and resolve customer complaintsProvide customers with accurate and up to date product and service informationBook engineering appointmentsCarry out debt management activitiesIdentify and escalate priority issuesCarry out technical trouble shooting for all brands KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Previous Customer Service experienceAbility and desire to deliver the highest quality support to customers. SKILLS Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent listening skillsThe ability to build rapport and empathise with customers A positive, friendly and pro-active attitudeAttention to detailAbility to work well as part of a dynamic team as well as work independently and make decisions
