Cleaner - Full Time

* Must be well presented* Would suit someone with cleaning experience in 4/5 star hotel* Sensible working hours and great company to work forTo ensure an effective and efficient operation of cleaning services, providing a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the property.The Cleaner ensures all areas of the property are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.General* Be polite and courteous to residents at all times.* Log all incidents, damage to property with Building Manager* Report repair needs to the Building Manager* Ensuring overall safety and security of the property when working by not allowing access to unauthorised personnel* Report incidents and anti-social behaviour.* Advise management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns about a resident.* Hand in to Porter any property found.Cleaning* Carry out all cleaning duties to a high standard including (but not exhaustive): vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing as listed in the 'Cleaner's Weekly Cleaning Rosta' document* Provide appropriate response to residents with regard to cleaning issues* Keep a check on cleaning materials and re-order via the Manager.* Be prepared to undergo training and carry out cleaning of external windows from the cradle on the building. This will involve wearing a harness, working at height.Health & Safety* Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered* Ensure all cleaning materials and chemical substances are used in relation to COSHH, and kept locked away where possible* Meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices. Company* Adhere to company policies and procedures.* Complete all record keeping duties effectively* Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards* Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company.
