Lead Mechanical Design Engineer - Monmouth - Metal Structures - GBP30,000 to GBP40,000
Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation in Lydney.
In the role you would be tasked with the design of a range of machinery, components and manufacturing solutions for a range of sectors including:
- Aerospace
- Oil & Gas
- Water Treatment
- Subsea
This is a more senior position and looking for an individual that can carry out the following:
- Full life-cycle product design development
- Experience assisting and mentoring junior/ graduate engineers
- Knowledge of FEA and carrying out stress calculations
- Excellent 3D CAD skills
- Knowledge of industry codes and regulations for Oil & Gas or Water Treatment
- Experience in the design of bespoke projects
- Strong understanding of fabrication and machining
This would be an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading organisation and develop a whole host of bespoke projects from initial specification through to manufacture.
