1. Lead a team of accounting and administrative staff in the day-to-day operations of a number of Real Estate or Private Equity structures;
2. Review of fund accounting outputs for subsequent review by the client;
3. Proactively monitor and report on team performance and deadlines;
4. Track current and future workloads and ensure all client requirements are met on time and with high quality deliverables through effective allocation of resources;
5. Review all team members' work;
6. Coach and support the development of junior team members;
7. Attend management meetings and make a positive contribution in discussions;
8. Support the operational functions of the team where required, operating policies and procedures (e.g. board meeting, CDD and SSAE 16 logs);

9. Liaising with clients, lawyers, auditors, and other Business Partners;
10. Attend client meetings;
11. Suggest and implement measures to improve efficiencies in team operational processes;
12. Work closely with the Compliance and Projects teams to ensure smooth transition of new work in to the team and to reduce operational risk arising.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with strong academics.
