About the role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (SSPM) to join us to work on the M4 Elevated refurbishment from Boston Manor to Chiswick schemes. The Structures Senior Project Manager (SSPM) will also be responsible for management of the Gade Valley Viaduct Strengthening.

What you'll be doing
As, Senior Project Manager (SSPM), you will:

  • Ensure responsibilities and objectives set in each year's Zero Harm Plan are met during delivery on their projects and demonstrate leadership in continuous improvement of the culture of the project teams
  • Provide strong, visible Health & Safety culture leadership
  • Develop a high quality relationship with all members of the project team to embrace the requirements of the Sustainable Business Culture and one team approach
  • Engage with the Commercial Team to produce achievable programmes, budgets and scopes for the projects
  • Review on a monthly basis all programmes and budget forecasts, analyse performance trends, identify issues and agree reporting level and quality
  • Be responsible for management of the Gade Valley Viaduct Strengthening and the M4 Elevated refurbishment from Boston Manor to Chiswick schemes

Who we're looking for
You will:

  • Have drive and a desire to deliver excellence
  • Have a proven track record of NEC Contract Management
  • Have had previous experience of working under collaborative arrangements including an understanding of BS11000
  • Have a working understanding of other engineering and construction disciplines, along with a willingness to challenge 'the norm'
  • Have the appropriate skills to advise others when something needs immediate redress together with the tenacity and drive to ensure that the necessary action is taken
  • Hold a valid CSCS card
