Installations Manager

Our client are a leading furniture installations company, specialising in commercial contracts. Due to a high level of success and continued growth, they are now searching for an experienced and highly competent Installations Manager to oversee the successful running of commercial projects across the UK. Reporting in to the Operations Manager, the main purpose of this role is to work closely with the Project Management team to oversee and deliver the fit out/furniture projects; meeting and exceeding on key deliverables affiliated with completion of fitout installations.

Key Features of Role:


Participation in preplanning of installations, eg logistics, fitting teams

Client and supplier liaison

Sitebased management of all aspects of delivery, distribution and installation of interior furniture

Budgetary control

Reporting

You need experience in:


Managing multiple projects concurrently

Managing sitebased personnel (preferable)

Scheduling/planning large scale works (strongly preferred)

Interior Fitouts/Furniture (preferable, but not essential)

You need to be:


Super organised, with an ability to multi task and prioritise

Dynamic, highly motivated and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Reliable, committed and able to work independently

Professional, friendly and able to work well within a team

Eager and enthusiastic, proactive with a can do attitude and hands on approach

A first class communicator, both verbal and written communication skills

Skilled in IT (eg Microsoft Office, project software and snagging software)

The role will be based primarily from the company Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, with site visits required when necessary. The company are looking for someone to ideally start as soon as possible, in advance of their busy summer period.
