We are searching for an Office Manager to join a Global B2B organisation assisting in the smooth running of the administration department. The Office Manager will be responsible for buying the best quality equipment, goods and services, at the most competitive prices by effectively managing vendor accounts whilst also being responsible for overseeing a team of 4 addressing any issues first hand whilst providing day to day support. Key responsibilities Managing a reception team of 4 based at Head Office and a separate smaller office in LondonImplement new vendor accounts reviewing the current vendor performances, highlighting areas of improvement and create a strategy going forwardCoordinate and conduct meetings with vendors to negotiate contracts and view proposals Support in the coordination of the UK car fleet ensuring that it is operating compliantly and all relevant spreadsheets and reports are updated regularlyBe the first point of contact for any queries surrounding the car fleet Work collaboratively with the Administration Manager to create initiatives and support on various projects Profile You will be experienced in Purchasing/vendor management Assertive yet fair in your approach A natural talent for building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders Influential team management skills Confidence to negotiate and manage vendor accounts Car fleet management experience is highly desirable Benefits An exciting opportunity to work for a Global business that will allow you to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
