A day in the life of a Assistant Valuation Manager:

You will be dealing with incoming enquires and making outbound calls to speak with potential customers who have already expressed their desire to sell their home. Being persuasive, your role will be to explain to customers the differences between the sale packages on offer and to up sell the services, promoting the company's innovative ways of selling their home at a much-reduced cost from conventional methods, support the manager in the running of the team in addition to leading from the front with high volume sales results. Estate Agency experience is required for this role. Would suit a current senior negotiator or valuer or assistant manager.

Expect to be busy, the company are currently receiving a huge number of enquiries from their national marketing and TV advertising programme.
